  1. Extracts of minutes of general meeting where the secretary was changed signed by the chairman and secretary or any trustee on record
  2. Consent letter.
  3. Copy of recognised and valid means of photo identification (National Identification Card, Data Page of International Passport, Driver’s Licence or Voter’s Card for new secretary).

Steps involved in this compliance service

  1. Submit formal application letter written on the organization’s letter headed paper and signed by the existing chairman, secretary, any trustee on record or a solicitor on his/her letter headed paper.
  2. Submit affidavit of acceptance by the new secretary with a passport photo duly attached.
  3. Submit extracts of minutes of the general meeting where appointment of new secretary was approved and signed by the existing chairman and secretary known on record.
  4. Submit a copy of a valid means of identification of the secretary.
  5. Update annual returns of the organization.
